We’re now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the London area, expanding TASKI’s footprint and ensuring customers experience the full value of our intelligent cleaning technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans tailored to the UK market.
  • Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Lead account reviews and collaborate with regional and country sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent TASKI at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Manage and forecast your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and data-driven reporting.
  • Align TASKI’s sustainable cleaning innovations with customer needs to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within facility management, cleaning equipment, or service industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation across multiple teams or countries.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to managing growth.
  • High motivation, accountability, and a passion for achieving results.
