What you will do

The primary responsibility of this role will be to actively drive rental growth by leveraging our temporary security solutions across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure, vacant property, and retail markets. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the temporary security industry, demonstrating a successful track record of selling into a diverse customer base and establishing relationships with decision-makers from Tier 1 clients.

 

How you will do it

This role demands exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with executive-level customers. You will engage clients to communicate the value of our solutions and services, ensuring that relationships are developed comprehensively across all organizational levels (including procurement, executive management, project management, risk control, health and safety, and quantity surveying).

The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of energy, passion, and determination for achieving success while maintaining the utmost professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

  • A proven achiever who consistently meets and exceeds the Return on Assets (ROA) framework, driving high levels of performance.
