This is a pivotal role for a driven, results-oriented business development professional with a proven ability to identify, shape, and win complex opportunities across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) cyber mission space. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cyber mission landscape, especially across the Service Cyber elements—including U.S. Army Cyber Command, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, and the U.S. Air Force’s 16th Air Force—as well as key IC agencies such as the DIA, and NGA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the identification, shaping, and capture of new business opportunities in support of DoD Service Cyber Commands and the IC.
• Provide leadership in developing and executing growth strategies aligned to CACI’s strategic goals and customer missions.
• Build, manage, and grow a high-value pipeline of cyber-related opportunities, leveraging relationships, market insights, and understanding of mission priorities across both DoD.
• Collaborate with operational, technical, and functional leaders across CACI to align internal capabilities with external customer demands, bringing forward differentiated and competitive solutions.
• Partner closely with the Cyber Line of Business Leader, VP for BD Cyber, Client Executives, and capture/proposal teams to drive winning outcomes.
• Support bid/no bid decisions, proposal strategy development, resource planning, and overall capture execution.
• Maintain a clear understanding of customer funding profiles, acquisition strategies, and emerging requirements to proactively position CACI.
• Contribute to internal growth planning efforts including strategic planning, market analysis, and M&A discussions relevant to the cyber domain.
• Help foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance within the BD team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of business development, strategic planning, or leadership experience in the DoD with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, capturing, and winning complex cyber programs or contracts, including both new and recompete opportunities.
• Familiarity with mission priorities, acquisition environments, and cyber operations within Service Cyber.
• Technical or operational background in one or more of the following areas: offensive cyber operations, cyber intelligence, cyber frameworks and infrastructure, defensive cyber capabilities, or information assurance.
• Experience managing or supporting BD pursuits across various contract types (FFP, T&M, cost-plus) and contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs).
• Strong business acumen and an ability to align capabilities and investments with evolving market trends and customer priorities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through capture processes and business growth initiatives.
• Ability and willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; TS/SCI with full scope polygraph preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
