About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of an AI governance and adoption framework. The role will focus on gathering and analysing requirements, mapping current and future processes, and ensuring that outputs are evidence-based, practical, and aligned with strategic objectives.
You will work closely with delivery, governance, and technical teams to ensure the framework, toolkits, and operating models are underpinned by clear business needs and accurate analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and analysis activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews, to capture requirements.
  • Document the as-is position, including current governance processes, digital capabilities, and organisational readiness.
  • Work with stakeholders to define the to-be state, highlighting opportunities for improvement and integration.
  • Produce process maps, data flows, and gap analyses to support the development of governance and adoption models.
  • Assist in the creation of a framework for prioritising AI opportunities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyse and document capability gaps in skills, technology, and governance readiness, producing recommendations for addressing them.
  • Support the design of toolkits and templates, ensuring they are practical and meet identified requirements.
  • Collaborate with delivery and governance leads to ensure outputs are consistent, testable, and measurable.
  • Contribute to final documentation and knowledge transfer activities.

About You
  • Strong track record as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or technology projects.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Experience working across discovery and design phases in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and present clear, actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, or AI-related programmes is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
