Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be part of one of the top grossing sales teams in the country! Your dynamic personality along with your enhanced skill level of being bilingual in Spanish will forge powerful connections with our customers, while exceeding sales targets, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
As a valued member of the Optimum Inbound Sales team, you will be on the front lines, working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and the success of your team! Responsibilities
• Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned field territories using your market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists.• Engage and Educate: Approach businesses with a dash of charm and a sprinkle of professionalism. Enlighten them about the incredible benefits and features of our top-tier telecom services.• Customized Solutions: Be a telecom wizard! Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them speechless with satisfaction.• Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological wizardry. You're the walking encyclopedia of telecom goodness!• Sales Pitch: Become a master of persuasion selling in the field. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. • Bilingual in Spanish with proficiency certification verified by required testing.• A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience.• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.• Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions.• Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.• Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.• Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:• Sales-centric mindset: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results by exceeding sales targets. Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.• Extensive product knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile and fixed-line products and services. Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable terms for customers.• Digital proficiency: Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other relevant software applications. Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace digital transformation.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $33,696.00 - $55,357.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
