We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Benefits, Wellbeing & Recognition Manager, EPDM to join our EPDM Total Rewards at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our team, you'll report to the Head of Rewards and play a crucial role in designing and implementing our zone benefits strategy.

This role will be responsible for developing and bringing to life a leading benefits strategy across EPDM (Europe) in addition to managing our UK benefits portfolio. Using your expertise, the role will use market insights to shape a clear zone benefits strategy, with a blank slate to embed well-being and recognition into the strategy and working with markets to implement any changes. In addition, you will own benefits management for the UK business, including all our factories as well as our Head Office in London.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Develop a new and market-leading benefits strategy for Europe and work with local markets to ensure strategy implementation
- Design a well-being and recognition plan - a completely new proposition for which you will be able to make an imprint on the business
- Conduct market analysis and bring these insights to the local markets to ensure benefits offerings remain competitive
- Responsible for managing UK benefits for both our factories and London office, working closely with UK HR and Vendors to deliver and improve the current offering
- Analyse benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Responsible for a direct report who manages benefits for Belgium & Netherlands
- Support with relevant audits and compliance checks
- Partner with the Global Rewards and Benefits team to ensure alignment with Global projects
- Own large benefits projects and support projects where expertise is required
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Prior benefits management experience required (min 5-8 Years) within a global matrixed organization
- Experience in UK benefits required, NL knowledge preferred, rest of Europe beneficial
- Strong knowledge of regulatory environment in the UK, and good knowledge within Europe
