Role: AWS Connect Developer

Essential Skills:
- AWS Lex
- AWS Connect skills
- Exposer to Agentics, ideally Bedrock. (Bedrock with Pinecone Database currently being used)
- Prompt Engineering /optimising Bedrock LLMs
- Core AWS skills - Lambdas, Serverless event driven workflows, etc
- API Gateway and Step Functions
