Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy doświadczonego Inżyniera Automatyki, który będzie odpowiedzialny za zapewnienie sprawności technicznej systemów automatyki przemysłowej, diagnozowanie usterek oraz wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań w obszarze sterowania i automatyzacji procesów produkcyjnych.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Bieżący nadzór nad sprawnością techniczną maszyn i urządzeń automatyki przemysłowej.
- Diagnozowanie i usuwanie usterek technicznych w urządzeniach i liniach produkcyjnych – szczególnie w zakresie elektroniki i automatyki.
- Analiza i modyfikacja programów PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Fanuc) w przypadku awarii lub zatrzymania produkcji.
- Wykonywanie przeglądów prewencyjnych od strony automatyki.
- Modernizacja systemów automatyki oraz udział w uruchomieniach nowych instalacji – współpraca z działem inwestycji.
- Praca na sterownikach Siemens (S5–S7-1500), Allen-Bradley, B&R, Fanuc.
- Obsługa paneli operatorskich (Siemens, Proface, Weintek).
- Praca z systemami SCADA (iFix, Asix) – analiza, diagnostyka, modernizacja.
Wymagania:
- Podstawowa znajomość schematów elektrycznych.
- Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu elektrotechniki, elektroniki, automatyki i sterowania.
- Umiejętność analizy i programowania urządzeń PLC, HMI oraz SCADA.
- Znajomość diagnostyki i programowania przetwornic częstotliwości (np. Danfoss, ABB).
- Znajomość przemysłowych standardów i norm związanych z automatyką.
- Zdolność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.
- Mile widziana znajomość stref ATEX i aparatów przeciwwybuchowych.
- Znajomość protokołów komunikacyjnych: Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet.
