Rockstar Games is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to join our growing Analytics department. This is an amazing opportunity to handle high impact projects on a multi-discipline team that uses innovative technology and complex big data analytics to deliver actionable metrics used to better understand our players and improve their experience with our games. 

This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London. 

WHAT WE DO
  • The Rockstar Games Analytics Team helps develop & communicate research & analysis that supports key decisions in the development, optimization & marketing of our products. 
  • We collaborate as a distributed team to develop innovative data products, data models, reports, analyses, and machine learning applications. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely within a team of data scientists across multiple studios to obtain and define requirements for complex team requests with feedback and mentorship from leads and senior production team.  
  • Provide status updates on projects and track progress with complete understanding of requirements and expectations while maintaining project milestones. 
  • Maintain project schedules and milestone documentation, monitoring the progress of milestones and specific tasks against those schedules.
  • Coordinate team tasks across various project tools and development resources, including our ticketing system, briefs, files, and documentation to increase project efficiency. 
  • Act as a Scrum Master for teams coaching them on Agile frameworks to produce quality product deliveries and continuous improvement. 
  • Facilitate communications between cross functional teams including Online Services, Data Engineering and Publishing. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical or project management related major. 
  • 1+ years of direct experience defining and facilitating multi-team, multi-location projects related to analytics, or technical development. 
  • Proficiency in multiple software tools to manage projects and facilitate related communication, including and not limited to Excel, Task Tracking Programs (i.e., Monday.com), Word, Figma, and PowerPoint. 
  • Knowledge of sprint methodologies, Scrum and their best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to organize cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives. 
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating as part of a larger team. 
PLUSES

  • Passion for the video game industry. 
  • Experience in data analytics and applications.
  • Experience in understanding Game Customer Experience, Game Security and Trust & Safety basic concepts.
