- Evaluating and screening potential partners, and helping to launch those partners within the Bullhorn ecosystem - including defining value propositions and quantifying benefits for both partners and Bullhorn
- Collaborating with internal Sales, Marketing and Product teams to provide updated information on partner solutions within specific categories
- Supporting all aspects of partner relationships from program development through implementation, including content strategy, joint customer targeting, events, etc.

- Rocking it in the staffing industry. You understand the importance of amazing software to the success of a staffing firm’s sales and operations.
- Working in a partnership program at a SaaS company
- Working in sales or marketing at a staffing focused software company
- You want to expand your knowledge of innovation, technology trends and the world of work
- You pride yourself on your ability to engage with all kinds of people and answer questions by trying on different perspectives
- You’re the queen or king of multitasking and working with shifting priorities and uncertainty
- You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to a company we’ve never worked with before, and at the same time you are comfortable resolving complex problems
