We are currently seeking a Procurement Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Procurement Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities for clinical trials, supporting the design and execution of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to support clinical trial operations.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs and requirements.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing and terms.
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitoring procurement processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience (3-5 years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve cost savings and value-added outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
