The Global Digital Wealth organization at BlackRock is a forward-looking, globally connected team at the center of the firm’s most high-impact priorities. The Global Marketing & Digital Wealth organization at BlackRock is a globally connected team focused on driving growth
through client insight, digital distribution, and scaled go-to-market execution.
Within this group, Digital Wealth EMEA is a key growth area for BlackRock. The team focuses on expanding BlackRock’s digital distribution across EMEA through partnerships with digital wealth clients—such as online brokerages, neobanks/neobrokers, robo-advisors, and the digital channels of incumbent banks.
Role and Impact:
We are hiring an Associate to join Digital Wealth EMEA in a generalist, high-impact role across the full team agenda. You will work closely with senior team members and partner teams across Sales, GPS, Marketing, L&C, Finance, Corporate Strategy and COO.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised and analytical, and wants exposure to client-facing partnership work, commercial deal processes, and digital distribution growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The role is varied and will work with all members of the team:
Business Development: Support senior team members and Digital RMs with client engagements such as pitch/workshop materials on digital wealth offering
Distribution Deals: Support execution of new and renewed deals in collaboration with Sales, GPS, Corp Strat, L&C, Finance and several other partner teams
Product: Partner with GPS and Marketing on GTM strategies for new/existing products that are relevant for digital clients
Digital Intelligence: Own digital data and analysis within the team to produce insights for commercial action
Partnership Management: Maintain single source of truth across live digital partnerships to help assess performance
Business Management: Support senior team members on executive communications and own regular updates e.g. QBRs
Proposition: Support the continual development of BLK’s digital wealth offering to clients e.g. partnering with Corp Dev on FinTech/WealthTech ecosystem tracking and assessment
AI: Champion AI-enabled ways of working by identifying opportunities to improve team workflow and efficiency
Core Skills:
Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and keep workstreams on track.
Analytical capability and comfort working with data to create clear insights and performance visibility
Strong communication skills (written and verbal); able to create crisp, well-structured materials.
Confidence working with stakeholders across functions and levels; collaborative and proactive
High ownership mindset: reliable follow-through, strong judgement on priorities, and willingness to step into new areas.
Demonstrated use of AI tools with fluency and agility, showing adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to learn in evolving environments.
Embodies an AI-ready mindset through curiosity, eagerness, and being an early adopter.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field).
Typically, 2–5 years of experience in an analytical and execution-oriented role (e.g., financial services, fintech, consulting, corporate strategy, partnerships, sales enablement, or business operations,
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (storyboarding, executive-ready materials) and Excel (analysis, modelling, tracker building).
Demonstrated interest using generative AI to day-to-day workflows that raise team efficiency and consistency
Interest in digital distribution, platforms, and investing products; familiarity with ETFs/asset management is a plus but not required

Our hybrid work model
