The GCS Quality Engineering team is the cornerstone of quality for Global Cloud Services (GCS), ensuring that every product and service performs seamlessly across all environments-whether it's the ServiceNow cloud, public cloud, regulated/commercial markets, lab or corporate environments. Key Focus Areas include (1) Environment readiness: Ensuring environments are stable and secure (2) Application & Service interoperability: Guaranteeing end-to-end compatibility and effectiveness across system layers (3) Operating at scale: Ensuring the services are performant and reliable at scale.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $92,200 - $133,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

- Maintain existing automation test frameworks
- Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
- Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
- Create comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them
- Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 0+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Knowledge of programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, Python or Ruby
- High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to test a system using techniques such as unit testing, run manual test cases, design an integration vs unit vs manual strategy, design a test reporting system, run load testing, figure out what to benchmark.
- Some working knowledge and ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily task
