We are looking for an Assistant Digital Operations Manager to join our M&S.com International team on a 12-month FTC. You will support the day-to-day delivery of digital operations across global markets, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You’ll work cross-functionally with trading, technology, logistics, and partner teams, bringing strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving transformation.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Oversees the day‑to‑day performance of international direct to customer markets and omnichannel operations, driving swift resolution of end‑to‑end customer failures and CSSC escalations to protect service quality.
- Leads the global product restriction process, partnering with Compliance to proactively identify risks and implement updates that safeguard customers, regulatory adherence, and trading continuity.
- Manages pricing and delivery proposition updates in partnership with the Trading team, ensuring flawless implementation, QA testing, and deployment across site and all 3rd‑party platforms.
- Represents International.com in cross‑functional operations updates, communicating performance insights, highlighting risks, and driving collaborative solutions across teams.
- Owns post‑purchase NPS performance, analysing feedback themes, identifying improvement opportunities, and influencing cross‑functional teams to drive continuous uplift in customer satisfaction.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Excellent influencing skills and experience of stakeholder management
- Innovative thinker, preferably with experience within an ops or commercial space
- Excellent communication skills influencing both junior/senior colleagues and cross functional teams
- Experience in ecommerce or retail environment preferred
- Self-motivated and well organised
