How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of an iconic global brand in the local market while gaining significant hands-on experience and autonomy.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
- Analytical Execution: Demonstrated ability to interpret brand performance and track key KPIs using standard market tools like Nielsen and Kantar to support data-driven decision-making.
- Operational Execution: Design and implement Spanish Marketing plans, focusing on high-impact consumer activations (e.g., the LA LIGA partnership or other European central-lead initiatives).
- Project Coordination: Lead end-to-end project coordination for consumer activations and portfolio initiatives, demonstrating high autonomy from planning to execution.
- Financial Awareness: A solid understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to track how marketing levers impact volume, revenue, and gross margin.
- Team Spirit: A strong ability to work collaboratively and provide proactive support within a high-performing team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Nielsen Software
- Proficiency in Spanish (native level) and English (written and spoken)
