As an Asset Management - Global Alternatives Vice President in our Business Management team, you will be the driving force behind strategic initiatives and business optimization. You will collaborate with investment teams and senior leaders to provide high-level responsiveness to business issues and project management. Together, we will enhance processes, drive efficiency, and ensure robust governance and compliance. Join us in a role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, unbiased advice, and actionable recommendations to senior leaders within Investment Teams and Global Alts.
  • Manage end-to-end business priority projects and workstreams.
  • Ensure efficient and controlled business operations.
  • Partner with functional areas like Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Technology for change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with F&BM counterparts on global projects to drive consistency across AM/Alts.
  • Identify and resolve internal control/process issues and inefficiencies.
  • Prepare materials for senior management and governance meetings.
  • Act as a leader and culture-carrier across the broader Alts/AM F&BM organization.
  • Serve as a central contact for internal control partners.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to asset management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality work and reporting for various projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with solid accounting knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience working with investment teams and senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory governance, controls, audit, and compliance.
  • Ability to organize complex information strategically.
  • Experience in business process reengineering and technology enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of internal control environments.
  • Experience preparing materials for broad forums like town halls.
  • Leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
