About this role
CX Redistribution Partnerships, part of the Preqin Client Success organization within the Aladdin Client Business, ensures Redistribution Partners receive high-quality, efficient support and maximize the value of Preqin’s data. The team serves as a technical and operational resource—helping partners navigate Preqin’s datasets, workflows, and delivery channels. We work closely with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and the broader Aladdin ecosystem to deliver a cohesive, high-quality client experience grounded in operational excellence and client centricity.
We are seeking an Analyst to join the Client Solutions team as a dedicated member of the Redistribution Partnerships team. In this role, you will serve as a front-line resource for our Redistribution Partners—providing timely, accurate, and high-quality support across chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot inquiries, resolve operational and data-related questions, and ensure partners receive a seamless, consistent experience that reflects the standards of the Preqin Client Experience organization.
As part of the CX Redistribution function, you will play a key role in strengthening partner engagement, reducing friction across channels, and maintaining the operational excellence required to support a rapidly scaling ecosystem.
In this function, you will be reporting into the London-based Regional CX Lead for Redistribution Partnerships, who in turn reports to the Global Head of Preqin Client Experience in New York.
In this role you will:
- Deliver high quality support by understanding how Redistribution Partners use Preqin to power their private markets workflows.
- Solve complex inquiries related to data methodology, mappings, taxonomy, identifiers, feeds and delivery specifications.
- Provide consistent support across chat, email, and phone while capturing insights that inform process and product improvements.
- Collaborate with Client Engagement, Product, Data, Engineering and Operations to ensure a unified efficient partner experience.
- Identify recurring themes and opportunities for improvement, feeding observations into process enhancements, documentation updates, and workflow refinements that elevate our service delivery.
- Embrace continuous learning, deepening your understanding of Preqin’s data, tools, private markets content, and internal systems; adapt quickly as processes evolve and new capabilities are introduced.
- Contribute to a positive, innovative team culture, fostering an environment where ideas are welcomed, teamwork is encouraged, and curiosity and problem-solving are core to how we operate.
You are a good fit if you:
- Communicate clearly and confidently, translating technical or data-methodology concepts into simple, practical guidance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized while managing multiple inquiries and shifting priorities.
- Work effectively within a global team.
- Bring foundational understanding—or strong curiosity—about Private Markets and Alternative Investments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, data exploration).
- Are eager to deepen expertise in Preqin’s data methodology, mappings, identifiers, taxonomy, feeds, and specifications.
- Have experience or interest in data tools such as Snowflake, Metabase, or Postman (preferred but not required).
- Meet the minimum requirements for an Analyst at BlackRock: a bachelor’s undergraduate degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience in client service, data operations, analytics, or a related field.
