What You Will Do

As a Response Operative in our Alarm Monitoring Centre in Craigavon (BT66), you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll analyse CCTV images, respond to live security and fire system activations, and liaise with emergency services when needed. You’ll also maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) duties

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer literacy skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Customer service or contact centre experience

  • SIA (Security Industry Authority) CCTV license (training provided if needed)
