About the Role This role manages the affiliate project pipeline, ensuring efficient execution with expertise in project and process management.
What We’re Looking For

Degree in a technical field with experience in food-related technologies

Extensive R&D expertise, preferably in a global setting

Strong background in Product, Process, or Packaging
-
Fluency in English
-
Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary, multicultural environments

Experience in project management, risk assessment, and root cause analysis
Key Responsibilities

Provide R&D inputs for high-quality project execution

Support technical project pipeline alignment with Make Market activities

Co-lead R&D activities for affiliate projects

Assist in registration processes and claims substantiation

Offer insights on packaging requirements and process challenges

Conduct feasibility and risk assessments for deployment markets

Manage complexity by providing technical solutions for packaging, processes, and market adaptations
