Affiliate Growth Lead - TikTok Shop UK (6-month contract)

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Expert on a 6-month contract to grow our TikTok Shop channel in the UK. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilising TikTok's platform features, including creator marketing, affiliate programs, and live streaming, to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Management:

• Support with the optimization and maintenance of the TikTok Shop storefront.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to grow GMV and conversion rates.

Creator Collaboration:

• Identify, onboard and manage TikTok creators aligned with the brand (working with our agency).
• Negotiate partnerships and manage creator campaigns to promote products.
• Monitor and analyze creator performance to ensure ROI.

Affiliate Marketing Program (working with our agency):

• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to increase brand reach through shoppable videos.
• Create and refine commission structures and provide affiliates with promotional tools.
• Track affiliate performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Live Streaming Management:

• Plan and execute engaging live shopping events in collaboration with our agency.
• Work with hosts, influencers and celebrities to showcase products during live streams.
• Monitor live stream metrics and implement improvements to drive sales.

Content Strategy:

• Develop creative and engaging content specific to TikTok's algorithm.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and challenges to keep content relevant.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality videos and promotional materials.
• Excellent knowledge of paid social, formats and what content works best in paid to drive engagement and sales

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales, engagement, and audience growth.
• Use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on TikTok.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About you:

• At least 1 years' experience with TikTok Shop Affiliates Program and working with creators
• At least 5 years' experience across social media platforms
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and user behaviour.
• Knowledge of live streaming best practices and tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A strong commercial acumen and results driven
• A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
