What We'll Bring:
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Advisor, you will take ownership of the technical and functional strategy during pre-sales engagements. You will lead solution design, influence product positioning, and ensure our offerings align with customer needs and market trends. This role is pivotal in driving commercialization across international regions and supporting strategic growth initiatives. You’ll also feedback VOC to Product Teams and work closely with GTM, Product, and Product Marketing teams—both centrally and internationally—to ensure customer and market needs are incorporated into roadmap strategy and future state planning. Additionally, you will enable regional Solution Consultants, act as a subject matter expert for global fraud products such as Device Risk and IP Intelligence, and partner with dedicated Fraud Sales Specialists to help close high-value opportunities in advanced deal stages.What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for an Advisor, Solution Consulting & Presales - International Fraud Solutions to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Consult, empower, and enable international regions by supporting strategic demos, qualification calls, and RFI/RFP responses. Lead pre-sales and solution consulting discussions where regional expertise is limited.
- Enable regional Solution Consultants through guidance and deep expertise on global fraud products such as Device Risk and IP Intelligence (IPI).
- Act as a subject matter expert for international regions during pre-sales and pre-contract engagements for global fraud products.
- Partner with dedicated Fraud Sales Specialists to bring your expertise and help close high-value international opportunities, particularly those in advanced pipeline stages (25%+).
- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilots that validate solution value and accelerate decision-making.
- Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing, best practices, and tools that improve solution positioning and accelerate deal closure.
- Maintain and evolve competitive intelligence in partnership with Product and Marketing teams to ensure market relevance.
- Champion the Voice of Customer, providing actionable insights to influence product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and future-state planning.
- Support sales leadership in deal qualification and strategic account planning to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and solution narratives to senior stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning TransUnion as a trusted advisor.
- Track and analyze Closed Won/Lost performance for global fraud products (Device Risk and IPI) and present insights to senior leadership forums when required.
- Serve as first-line support for international Solution Consultants and Product Teams for technical and pre-sales queries related to global fraud products.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Device Risk, IP Intelligence, or related fraud prevention products.
- Track record years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer success, or product strategy, ideally within financial services or a related discipline.
- Ability to operate as a strategic advisor, influencing decisions at senior levels and driving solution strategy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in RESTful APIs, web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI).
- High-level understanding of mobile SDK deployments and integration.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed organization, collaborating across global teams.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support international regions.
