The Data Analytics Chapter Area for Group uses data and analytics to identify our customers’ needs and safely deliver insights, process improvement, customer contact journeys and innovative solutions to improve their financial wellbeing. We leverage data and innovative technology to deeply understand our customers and derive world-class insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making. We proactively uncover stakeholder needs and partner with channel, product, data and support teams to provide innovative, accurate and timely solutions to complex opportunities.
Do work that matters:
Supporting the Financial Crime domain, you will relentlessly pursue the elimination of financial crime through data and analytics capabilities within the Customer Data Management squad. The CDM crew are the trusted custodians of quality customer data and support the group in delivering change across the core customer CRM and MDM capabilities.
The CDM crew support the elimination of financial crime risk for the group by uplifting systems in supporting CLM activities and support the customer master data management capability.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Engage with stakeholders to provide ad-hoc support on customer data quality initiatives
Provide SME support on customer data management
Proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues in customer data.
Applying advanced techniques to generate actionable insights that improve the quality of data and flow of information in the groups systems.
Implement predictive modelling in the identification and treatment of data quality issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, channels, risk and technology.

Experience in using probabilistic techniques to identify gaps in data and processes
An interest in using AI tools and techniques to drive outcomes
Strong stakeholder/supplier engagement skills including presentation and communication skills
Commercial experience with data exploration & analysis tools e.g. Python, SQL, Teradata, PowerBI, Tableau
