As Ads & Partnerships Manager, you will own the Choco Ads product and advertiser partnerships end-to-end and make them work in the real world.
You’ll build and run advertising campaigns and commercial relationships, used by global food brands and restaurant operators, and be accountable for whether they actually drive performance, retention, and revenue growth, not just whether they launch.
What you’ll do
Own Choco Ads end-to-end from campaign execution to commercial outcomes
Build and run campaigns used by advertisers across our network
Work through messy data, evolving requirements, and real operational constraints to deliver results
Make decisions that directly impact advertiser performance, retention, and revenue
Improve campaign performance, reporting clarity, and operational efficiency
Take responsibility for onboarding, managing, and growing advertiser relationships
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure campaigns deliver real business impact
What you bring
5+ years of experience running campaigns and managing advertiser relationships with ownership of outcomes
Comfort operating data-driven systems in fast-moving, unstructured environments
Strong judgment in real-world trade-offs between performance, speed, and simplicity
Accountability when campaigns or relationships underperform and the drive to fix them
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Work on digitalizing core operating systems for food distributors, automating orders, sales and payments in a system that still largely runs on calls and spreadsheets.
Work with an AI product with proven product–market fit, already embedded in distributor workflows and directly affecting order accuracy, speed, and margins.
