About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-obsessed Ads Manager to own and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Reddit. You will be responsible for executing full-funnel advertising strategies, managing creative production pipelines, and ensuring performance through precise targeting, tracking, and experimentation.

You will work closely with agencies, freelancers, internal product and growth teams to ensure our campaigns are aligned with strategic priorities and growth goals. You will also contribute directly to campaign performance by owning and editing landing pages on Webflow to maximize conversion rates and ensure a cohesive user experience.

The ideal candidate is an analytical and creative thinker, fluent in both campaign performance metrics and compelling ad narratives, with hands-on executional ability in modern web tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and scale multi-channel advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Reddit

  • Define media planning, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies aligned with growth targets

  • Write and test high-performing ad copy across static, video, carousel, and search formats

  • Collaborate with external freelancers and creative agencies to produce and iterate on ad creatives

  • Implement and maintain end-to-end tracking through Google Tag Manager, ensuring precise attribution across platforms

  • Collaborate with data and product teams to define and maintain a robust marketing analytics stack using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment

  • Build and own reporting dashboards using Looker or equivalent to surface insights and guide decision-making

  • Run systematic A/B tests, audience experiments, and creative iterations to continuously improve CAC and ROAS

  • Take ownership of landing page creation and optimization using Webflow, including copy, layout, and basic visual adjustments

  • Align closely with lifecycle and product marketing teams to ensure full-funnel coherence across acquisition and retention

  • Stay ahead of platform changes, ad policies, and creative trends to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with direct ownership of significant monthly budgets

  • Proven track record of performance across multiple channels including Meta and Google Ads, with strong familiarity with at least three others among LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Reddit

  • Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to write ads that convert while maintaining brand tone and clarity

  • Hands-on experience managing creative pipelines, including briefing, reviewing, and optimizing assets from freelance or agency partners

  • Advanced understanding of campaign tracking and attribution, with expertise in Google Tag Manager and UTM structures

  • Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment for event-based tracking and user cohort analysis

  • Strong reporting and analysis skills; familiarity with Looker, Mode, or similar BI tools to build actionable dashboards

  • Experience creating and editing high-converting landing pages in Webflow, including the ability to manage copy, layout, and light design

  • Deep understanding of paid growth principles in product-led B2B or B2C SaaS environments

  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and detail

Location

H’s teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US.
This role may be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office currently Paris and London.
The final setup will be determined with the hiring manager.
