We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who can work efficiently under pressure and contribute to the smooth running of our business operations.

What You’ll Do

✅ Provide general administrative support across multiple departments
✅ Assist with post management, document scanning, and data entry
✅ Maintain stationery and supplies inventory
✅ Support the reception team when required
✅ Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
✅ Handle internal mail distribution and courier services
✅ Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and visitors

What We’re Looking For

📈 Experience & Qualifications
• 5 GCSEs (grades 8-4/A-C), including Maths & English, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office)

• Ability to work independently and use initiative
