This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in Mondelēz International's accounting procedures and contribute to the ongoing digitalization of our accounting function. You will play a key role in maintaining robust inventory controls and supporting various accounting and external reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Record Management: Classify, examine, and analyze accounting records under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
  • Inventory Control: Support the implementation and maintenance of robust inventory control procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Digitalization Initiatives: Contribute to the advancement of the accounting digitalization agenda by supporting process improvements and technology adoption.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned, leveraging analytical skills and contributing to project objectives.
  • Accounting Support: Provide support for other accounting and external reporting activities, as required.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to shape their future and accelerate their career trajectory. They will bring a combination of experience, technical skills, and personal attributes, including:
  • Accounting Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Digital Acumen: Familiarity with digital requirements and a willingness to embrace technology solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand the broader business context and align individual efforts with organizational goals.
