- Inventory Control: Support the implementation and maintenance of robust inventory control procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Digitalization Initiatives: Contribute to the advancement of the accounting digitalization agenda by supporting process improvements and technology adoption.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned, leveraging analytical skills and contributing to project objectives.
- Accounting Support: Provide support for other accounting and external reporting activities, as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to shape their future and accelerate their career trajectory. They will bring a combination of experience, technical skills, and personal attributes, including:
- Accounting Expertise: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Digital Acumen: Familiarity with digital requirements and a willingness to embrace technology solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office tools.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the broader business context and align individual efforts with organizational goals.
