About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an Accounting & Reporting Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Accounting & Reporting Manager lies within the Finance Controlling & Accounting team and is based in our Istanbul (Akmerkez) Office. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Head of Controlling.
In brief, you will be responsible for
- To deliver timely, accurate and consistent monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; both in USGAAP and Turkish GAAP
- Lead financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Supervise and control bookings & recordings the general accounting documents
- Manage year-end external audits (KGK)
- Manage financial risk by implementing effective control systems and monitoring financial performance indicators
- Supervising AR (OTC) team from the reporting and accounting perspective, supporting AR Lead for timely collections and reviewing overdue balances
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy to enhance the workflow of the department
- To meet all audit requirements to ensure proper internal controls are in place
- To deliver accurate and ad hoc financial analysis
What you bring
- Have at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields, and preferably a master's degree
- 6+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferable in multinational company and FMCG sector
- 3+ years Big4 experience is an asset
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills; SAP knowledge is must, Power BI and VBA is an asset
- CPA certification is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving high growth environment, balancing multiple challenging priorities
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
