Description: 

The Account Specialist in Global Account Management will provide first level support to the Global Account Management Team and CME Group’s customers. In this role the Specialist works regularly with internal cross-functional teams and clients to deliver on business, technology and operations-related market data objectives. 

 

Principal Accountabilities: 

  • Provide 1st level support for all market data inquiries.  

  • Support the Global Account Mgmt team in processing any market data requests, licensing agreements and reporting 

  • Identify enhancement requests and assist with troubleshooting, testing and training for CME Group’s market data reporting and administrative tool. 

  • Liaise with finance and accounting to help solve any customer invoice disputes related to market data reporting.  

  • Manage on-boarding and account maintenance of customer requests for CME market data related programs and projects.  

  • Create internal documentation related to operational processes pertaining to the market data account management.  

  • Review operational responsibilities to analyze and provide suggestions to management on ways to increase operational efficiencies related to market data licensing.  

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, data analysis and data cleanup.  

 

 

Skills & Software Requirements 

  • Excel, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Service Cloud 

  • 1-3 years of experience within the financial industry or within a customer service or account management role 

  • Ability to perform with quality and control, with excellent attention to detail.   

  • Highly responsive and client-orientated with strong commitment to client service.
