Job Description

Job Overview:

In this role, you’ll own key customer accounts, act as a trusted partner across their organisation, and work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. You’ll identify growth opportunities, support business reviews, and help turn customer insights into commercial success.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop existing branch, regional, or global accounts
  • Build strong relationships at multiple customer levels
  • Identify and grow business opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with collections when needed.
  • Manage client profiles and updates on the CRM
  • Build territory maps showing number of accounts located in each city
  • Fluent in EI systems and demos to provide technical updates to accounts
  • Share weekly schedule with all Departments to help coordinate and participate in joint account visits.
  • Turn major business opportunities and proposals over to Sales and operational issues to Ops.
  • Management of Business Reviews
  • Continually seek improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Assume lead responsibility for the efficient delivery of all (branch) services.
  • Ensure that a functioning and agreed upon invoice - payment process is in place.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Educated to A-level standard (GCSE Math’s and English required)
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ industry experience
  • Proven work experience in business development
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to communicate up and down management hierarchy with equal effectiveness
  • Strong presentation skills and analytical skills
  • Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills
