About you:  

Are you passionate about forging strong client relationships and driving business growth? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration are key?

As an ideal candidate, you have a proven track record in selling software, with a deep understanding of the Care industry's unique challenges and opportunities. You excel at nurturing client partnerships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with legal professionals is second to none.

Day-to-day, you will:  

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while managing the full sales process and developing strong customer relationships with presales and consultancy support.

  • Build and maintain a strong customer base, identifying new revenue opportunities through effective cross‑selling and up‑selling.

  • Respond promptly to enquiries, collaborate with internal teams for client support, and lead customer meetings at all levels, including C‑suite.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional handover to the projects team once a sale is completed.

Your skills and experiences might also include:   

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or target‑driven account management, with strong time‑management, prioritisation, and persuasive communication skills.

  • Highly self‑motivated and adaptable in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating resilience, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial, never‑give‑up attitude.

  • Acts with integrity, honesty, and loyalty, while showing a strong commitment to continuous development for yourself and your team.

  • Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce), experience in large or multinational tech environments, and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
