JOB TITLE: Account Manager

EOS IT Solutions is a global IT Supply Chain and Services company  that has a legacy of execution with some of the largest, most demanding companies on the planet. EOS have strong global logistics roots coupled with the ability to deliver IT solutions all over the world.  We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, collaborative and committed individual to fill an Account Manager position within our Global Sales team to work on EMEA Headquartered MNC. EOS specializes in large complex global deployment of Network, Collaboration and Managed Services solutions.


THE POSITION

As an EOS Account Manager, you will be empowered to identify and develop the best outcomes for EOS and of course the customer, first and foremost. You will identify customer needs, requirements and budget restraints and be the first point of contact for the client on all aspects of the account, aligning during and after the sale, to ensure the best customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Business Development

  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  3. Responsible for Account Managing and growing revenue in clients
  4. Acquiring new MNC logos
  5. Solutions focussed approach to manage and resolve any Client issues or escalations
  6. Collaborate with wider sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Opportunity Execution

  1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  2. Guide the wider EOS team in reviewing and defining project scope, goals, deliverables and estimate
  3. Execute and provide leadership to desired outcomes with your valued customer
  4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor
  5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  6. Global travel may be required to meet Client needs

Retire quota, report on activity

  1. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  2. Pipeline hygiene, forecasting and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  3. Prepare and execute detailed opportunity and account plans

Personal Development

  1. Gain international business experience engaging and building relationships with the world’s largest companies
  2. Be front and central in driving large multi-million transformative deals
  3. Leading edge technology at scale is a requirement for all MNCs, see trends before they happen in your industry.
  4. No cap on commissions 

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager
  • Minimum of 5+ years selling into large professional IT organizations
  • Video, Collaboration, Networking and Managed Services experience is desirable
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level experience in positioning and negotiating proposals inside business IT and Procurement groups
  • Ability to understand customer issues and requirements and align those needs to EOS offerings. Bundle into holistic offerings that result in a desired customer outcome
  • Excellent presentation skills on a one to one and group basis
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Solid experience with CRM software and pipeline management and hygiene
  • Strong and positive work ethic
