About you:
You’ll enjoy building strong relationships and supporting your customers so they get real value from their Eploy products. You’re confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with people at all levels. You stay organised, communicate clearly and keep on top of the detail, which helps you manage your workload and support your customers with ease. You’re curious about how customers use their products, and you enjoy spotting opportunities to help them get even more from their Eploy and Access solutions.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Build trusted relationships with your assigned Eploy customer accounts and understand their goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing products or features that genuinely support customer needs.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date information in our customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Work closely with colleagues across Access to uncover cross-selling opportunities and give customers a joined‑up experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in developing and delivering a clear sales or account strategy.
• Confidence in running virtual or in‑person demonstrations that explain the value of our products in a simple way.
• An interest in learning sales approaches like the MEDDPICC methodology.
• The ability to use remote selling techniques and keep accurate digital records.
