We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About Eploy:

Eploy is now part of The Access Group. We continue to grow rapidly thanks to phenomenal success – our product is powerful, our customer service is second-to-none, and now, with Access behind us, we’re reaching even greater heights.

We work with corporate in-house recruitment teams, RPO providers and recruitment firms, supporting leading brands and major recruitment companies.

We’re a team that enjoys what we do, knows recruitment inside out, and values quality and cultural fit above all else. Being part of The Access Group gives us even more opportunity to grow, while keeping the creativity, energy and motivation that make Eploy such a great place to work.

About you:

As an Account Manager at Eploy, part of The Access Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our team. Your contribution will be key to achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets through strategic account management and customer engagement.

You’ll be an excellent rapport builder – confident, approachable and able to connect with people at all levels. Building strong, lasting relationships will come naturally to you, and you’ll quickly gain the trust and respect of multiple contacts within each client account.

Alongside this, you’ll bring excellent administrative and organisational skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Your ability to manage your time effectively, prioritise competing demands, and stay on top of detail will mean you can support clients and colleagues with ease.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities within existing Eploy customer accounts

  • Consistently work towards and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and confidence

  • Ensure CRM data is meticulously maintained for optimal pipeline hygiene

  • Collaborate with other Access Account Managers to uncover cross-selling opportunities across both Eploy and Access customer bases

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Apply or be eager to learn the MEDDPICC sales methodology, using it to guide your approach

  • Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet or exceed targets

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with your assigned Eploy accounts, working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure satisfaction

  • Confidently deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations, clearly articulating the value of our solutions

  • Stay up to date with our products and services, using remote selling techniques to drive efficiency and maintain accurate CRM records

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
