We like our people to be happy, too. So we’ll make sure you’re well rewarded.

  • We’ll get you there in style, too, with a company car.

Plus:

  • Uncapped commission structure

  • A company pension, private healthcare, holiday pay, discounts at major retailers (e.g. Apple, cinemas) and attractions, and many more

  • Industry-leading training

  • The opportunity to access a Sales Degree programme and additional external training opportunities through the apprenticeship levy

  • Private healthcare (AXA) for employees. Additional family cover can be arranged at a cost

  • Life Assurance of x 3 Gross Basic Salary

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • As much scope to progress as your potential can handle via our ‘promotion from within policy’

What you’ll do:

  • Making sure every customer gets the best from our comprehensive logistics service

  • First-class account management and savvy pitches for new business

  • Engaging presentations and seamless onboarding for new customers

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process

  • Forecasting and analysing to keep colleagues in the loop

What you’ll need:

  • Ambition, energy, drive and a motivation to make money

  • If you’ve worked in B2B sales, supply chain and logistics, so much the better

  • Flexibility regarding travelling to meet clients in person and travel to Glasgow once a week

  • A full, clean UK driving license

  • Problem-solving and time management skills

  • Impressive customer focus and comprehensive product knowledge

  • A natural way with people and an instinct for knowing how to exceed expectations

Your ideal location: if you are based in or around Dundee, Edinburgh, Fife, Perth, Falkirk, Stirling, St. Andrews, we want to hear from you.
The job will unfold mostly in the above locations but we can also have a chat if you are based in or around the Glasgow area or anywhere in Mid-Scotland.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
