Description

At UVeye, we're on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. Founded in 2016, we have pioneered the world's first fully automated suite of vehicle inspection systems. At the heart of this innovation lies our advanced AI-centric technology, representing the pinnacle of computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI within the automotive sector.

With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is utilized in manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, delivery fleets, security checkpoints, and more. Our growing global team of over 250 employees is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, encourages teamwork, and strives for excellence.

As UVeye expands into the UK market, we are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our UK Sales Team. Our Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business and selling UVeye’s automated vehicle inspection technology to Car Dealerships, Car Supermarkets, Independent Garages, and MOT Centres. You will work with Managing Directors, Dealer Principals, Regional After-sales Managers, Service Managers, and Sales Managers, consulting at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate should already be well-networked in the UK automotive sector, have a strong understanding of the sales process, demonstrate success in selling complex solutions, and bring a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales targets and company objectives.
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, referrals, and existing contacts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial approach through negotiation and closing.
  • Travel extensively within your territory to meet decision-makers, build trusted relationships, and conduct in-person presentations.
  • Effectively utilize sales technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, etc.), including tracking all activity and leveraging reports and tools to manage pipeline development.
  • Apply a structured methodology (e.g. Challenger Sales, Integrity Selling) to uncover needs and present UVeye solutions effectively.

Collaboration & Events

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including US Marketing and Sales, to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and smooth hand-offs.
  • Represent UVeye at trade shows, conferences, and Dealer Demo Days.
  • Develop and refine the UVeye value proposition within your territory, focusing on dealers, OEMs, and fleet & leasing companies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience in the UK, ideally automotive SaaS, hardware, or dealership group sales.
  • Strong existing network and book of business with Car Dealerships, Car Supermarkets, Independent Garages, MOT Centers, and OEMs.
  • Backgrounds that could be a strong fit:
  • Regional Sales or After-sales Managers from dealer groups
  • Sales professionals from F&I product providers and warranty providers.
  • Experience selling paint protection, warranty, service plans, or similar automotive programs
  • Familiarity with dealer group operations, OEM relationships, and the UK automotive technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Methodical use of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) to drive sales success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (up to 75%).

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
