Who we’re looking for: We’re hiring someone who is:

Our sales team creates, manages and develops a customer portfolio and builds long-term relationships with decision-makers in order to maintain the use of the DataCatalogue 360® solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate pipeline with new accounts and build relationships with decision-makers up to CXO levels.
  • Craft comprehensive business plan for each account by identifying key customer requirements and mapping DataGalaxy solution.
  • Document customer contact and activity data in CRM, including names, title, contact info, opportunity value, sales forecast stages.
  • Manage complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping and management, all through to negotiation and deal closing
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product stakeholders to incorporate events and seminars and product roadmap sessions for new accounts.
  • Promote DataGalaxy brand visibility by creating mindshare across all levels for new accounts and showcase customer success stories.
  • Deliver precise forecasting, regular quarterly updates and track progress on annual plan.
  • Cross-share customer feedback to internal stakeholders including product and marketing.
  • Develop local partnerships with system integrators and boutique partner firms for joint selling.

An ideal profile :

  • Possess a strong understanding of selling Data Governance and Catalog products and services.
  • Consistently achieved or overachieved your SaaS sales quota.
  • Originated and navigated complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Sold net-new business opportunities to C-level buyers, managers in small and large enterprise accounts.
  • Managed consultative sales processes, with value-based impact or outcomes.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
