🚀 What Roles Are We Hiring For?

We’re hiring across multiple levels of our Sales team. Based on your background and interests, you could land in one of the following:

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR): Perfect for ambitious starters who want to break into tech sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and will work closely with Account Executives to qualify leads.
  • Full-Cycle Account Executive: You’ll own the full sales process — from qualifying to closing. Ideal if you're ready to drive new business and have experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Field Sales Account Executive: You love being on the road and meeting clients face-to-face. You’ll represent Lightspeed in the field, focusing on building strong relationships and winning business locally.
  • Strategic Account Executive: You’ve got experience in consultative selling and navigating more complex sales cycles at enterprise level. You’ll focus on larger opportunities and strategic accounts in the Benelux region.

What We're Looking For:

While each role is slightly different, some key traits are consistent across the team:

  • Fluency in Dutch and/ or French, plus a good command of English
  • Passion for sales, tech, and supporting businesses
  • The resilience to bounce back from rejection and keep finding ways to move forward
  • A proactive and curious mindset — always looking to learn and improve
  • Great communication skills and the ability to connect with different types of customers
  • Experience in sales - (but not a must for sales development — we also train rising talent!)
