About you:
You’re a passionate and driven New Business Account Executive focused on growing our presence in the domiciliary and in-home care sector. You’ll identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that help care agencies provide high-quality care at home.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop new business opportunities within domiciliary and in-home care.

  • Build strong relationships with agency owners and decision-makers.

  • Tailor proposals and demos to meet operational and compliance needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and represent Access at sector events.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, consultative approach.

  • Knowledge of the domiciliary care sector is highly desirable.

  • GCSEs in Maths and English required.
