  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and objectives, and align Atarim’s features with their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations that showcase Atarim’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised and active sales pipeline in the CRM (Hubspot), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to align efforts and provide feedback on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS or tech environments. Experience working with digital agencies or hosting companies is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with sales tools like Hubspot or similar CRMs.
  • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of digital project workflows, web design, or collaboration platforms is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product development.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
