PureSpectrum is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Account Associate that can work with our customers to help nurture new and existing relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a defined territory with a revenue quota focused on growth and retention. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to build critical knowledge and skills across various responsibilities that include sales, customer service, sample management and reporting. This role will report to a senior leader within the Client team, with the final reporting structure to be confirmed based on the candidate's experience and organizational alignment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Client Services team and other Director of Clients managing customer projects
- Become familiar in our tools, tech and best practices to support our customers
- Develop a basic understanding of market research and consumer insights
- Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients by providing them guidance and recommendations when appropriate
- Find creative solutions to solve customer needs as they arise
- Proactively support account relationships and provide best client experiences
- Partner with Client Development to onboard new clients and platform users
- Collaborate with other Account Managers, Client Development personnel, Operations and Marketing on various corporate initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience, a plus
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
- Solid judgement and autonomous decision-making abilities
- Have a results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
- A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning
- Experience with MSOffice and/or GSuite products
