Leads the finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, strategic business partnering, effective systems, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing and leading the finance team, driving innovation and efficiency, supporting organizational decision-making, and maintaining alignment with the organization’s Christian ethos.

Coordinate and deliver learning activities for staff and mission partners worldwide. Provide practical learning and development advice, design accessible learning opportunities, optimise digital learning systems, evaluate programmes, and support initiatives such as Equipped for Excellence. The role also contributes to organisational L&D improvement and requires commitment to the organisation’s stated faith and doctrinal beliefs.

Manage a caseload of 400–700 mid-level donors, build supporter relationships through phone calls and meaningful touchpoints, increase donor income, develop fundraising pipelines, and support the wider Key Relationships team with donor communications and mailings.
