Partners with leaders and People teams to diagnose organisational challenges, develop practical solutions, coach stakeholders, and use workforce data to inform planning. Supports sustainable organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, team performance, talent mobility and change implementation across a complex international organisation.

Identifies and assesses innovation opportunities that improve organisational effectiveness, strategic impact, growth, and delivery models. Collaborates across functions to understand challenges, develop evidence-based propositions, evaluate risks and value, and recommend practical improvements. Supports strategic planning, stakeholder consultation, organisational decision-making, and the development of innovation capabilities.

Develop and deliver global internal communications that connect colleagues to organisational strategy, change, priorities, and impact. Responsibilities include creating written and video content, managing internal channels and content calendars, supporting events and townhalls, advising stakeholders, and improving engagement through feedback and data. The role requires strong writing, storytelling, planning, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse cultural and regional audiences.
