Lead and build WeSki’s sales function for ski holidays, designing the end-to-end sales process, setting strategy and KPIs, selling directly, coaching the existing team, recruiting future hires, and driving AI and automation adoption. The role partners with Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology, represents customer needs, and owns sales performance across UK and European markets.

Serve as the primary customer contact before, during, and after ski-trip bookings. Provide post-booking and in-trip support, resolve complex issues, and represent customer feedback in product development. The role requires native English, customer service and travel technology experience, familiarity with support and CRM systems, strong technical learning ability, organization, multitasking, and availability for rotating evening and weekend shifts. This is a remote contract role lasting up to six months, with possible renewal.
