Coach Art Leads, oversee visual direction, manage art capacity and resources, establish quality standards and workflows, lead hiring, and partner with product, production, engineering, and executive teams to deliver high-quality art across diverse games without sustained crunch.

Own Brookhaven’s UX/UI across the player journey, auditing interfaces, mapping player flows, and identifying usability issues through data, research, feedback, and playtesting. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity screens, and reusable components for mobile-first experiences. Partner with product, game design, art, and engineering through implementation, measure post-launch impact, and establish consistent UX/UI standards and documentation.
