Own technical customer success for Veeam enterprise and commercial accounts. Lead onboarding, adoption, optimization, protection planning, migrations, recovery simulations, resilience assessments, and quarterly reporting. Leads and develops distributed Kasten Specialist Solutions Engineering teams across EMEA and APJ. Owns technical-win standards, including discovery, architecture, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution. Partners with sales leadership on territory strategy, pipeline health, and enterprise pursuits; builds field enablement and certification; manages technical relationships with strategic ecosystem partners; and communicates customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering. The role requires hands-on Kubernetes expertise, enterprise pre-sales leadership, and travel up to 30%.

Provide commercial legal support to global sales by drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS, BaaS, software, services and channel agreements; advise on privacy, data protection and compliance; develop templates and playbooks; train stakeholders and manage legal risk escalations to enable timely deal completion.
