Own a product area end to end, defining priorities, specifications, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver, test, launch, and continuously improve products. Analyze product data, client feedback, commercial outcomes, regulations, and operational processes while maintaining accountability for client experience and business results.

Lead multiple related product areas or highly regulated products, setting strategy, writing detailed specifications, and driving launches through delivery, testing, and ongoing operation. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations while using product data, regulations, APIs, and AI to make decisions. Review and improve other product managers’ work, support hiring, and take ownership of complex trading, investing, payments, pensions, crypto, or account products.

Own and deliver product features across trading, investing, crypto, accounts, and payments. Responsibilities include prioritizing features, interpreting regulations and API documentation, writing detailed specifications, coordinating with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, leading testing and launches, and monitoring performance after release. Candidates must have shipped products or features, understand technical systems and data flows, query and explain product data, and regularly use AI in product work.
