Processes transaction logs, analyzes database internals and binary formats, reverse engineers legacy systems, and resolves performance, reliability, compatibility, and data-integrity issues. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, collaborates on customer escalations, and supports critical production incidents and releases.
