Hybrid inside-sales/account management role focused on special projects: outreach to sell IAA products/services, gather buyer feedback, develop third-party partnerships, and manage prioritized buyer accounts to uncover revenue opportunities while coordinating with internal teams and providing superior customer service.

Sell multi-channel solutions for used heavy equipment and assets within an assigned Northern Ireland territory. Build client relationships, develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, meet sales targets, and coordinate execution with internal teams (sales support, operations, valuations, field marketing). Use market data to advise clients on liquidation strategies (auction, Marketplace-E, listings).

Lead regional sales strategy and execution to achieve Gross Transactional Value, commission revenue, and sales targets. Develop territory managers, drive new business and key account management, manage contracts and deal execution, partner with operations and marketing, and ensure consistent auction/customer experience.

Outside Territory Manager responsible for prospecting, cold calling, managing and growing accounts, selling multi-channel solutions, maintaining a territory playbook and CRM (Salesforce), partnering with internal teams to negotiate and close deals, attending 4-6 regional auctions, and traveling overnight ~5-7 days/month to cover the territory.
