Leads clinical-trial feasibility assessments by reviewing protocols, analyzing recruitment, epidemiology, site, country, patient-pool, and competitive data, and translating evidence into operational recommendations. Presents findings to clients and internal stakeholders, coordinates site and investigator outreach, manages deliverables, identifies feasibility risks, and contributes to methods, tools, best practices, and team development across global clinical programs.

Lead and deliver client projects and smaller accounts, managing timelines, resources, budgets, and financial reconciliation. Liaise daily with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality control, coach junior staff, manage external suppliers, and identify organic growth and new business opportunities. Travel to client meetings required.

Lead and scale a data platform engineering team to consolidate legacy pipelines into a governed, scalable Data Hub. Own sprint delivery, architecture, quality, DevOps practices, reliability, cross-functional coordination, hiring, and vendor management to enable enterprise data foundation and AI/ML capabilities.

Lead process improvement, change management, and operational excellence initiatives across clinical study delivery. Evaluate workflows, design and implement new processes, manage stakeholder communications, measure performance metrics, document processes, support training and adoption, identify/mitigate operational risks, and support strategic cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
