Create advertising, digital, and print assets using GenAI tools while translating briefs into polished, brand-consistent creative work. Review team output, perform quality control, present AI creative workflows to clients, and collaborate with producers, creative, and product teams. Improve creative systems, templates, and workflows while staying current with emerging generative AI and design technologies.

Owns Pencil’s financial controls, month-end close, cash flow forecasting, treasury, payment approvals, revenue recognition oversight, payroll review, and audit readiness. The role provides senior financial judgment, manages banking and vendor escalations, strengthens finance processes, and applies AI to automate workflows. It requires a qualified UK accountant with experience in scaling businesses, preferably SaaS or technology companies.

Own day-to-day security operations across endpoints, identity and access, cloud, and SaaS tools. Administer MDM, patching, encryption, device compliance, and joiner/mover/leaver processes. Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, support access reviews, and improve security controls. Contribute compliance evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001, plus vendor and customer security questionnaires. The role also provides practical desktop and device support while developing broader audit, compliance, and vendor-risk expertise.
